Humanities Collective State
I do not post on FB, except for birthday wishes. But, I feel impassioned to discuss our current situation.
Life is full of occurrences, ones we we make and those that are out of our control. We are only in control of one thing, OURSELVES. We are given the ability yo choose how we let things effect us, positively or negatively. Now, we are faced with some very bad news in our world that, no one is immune to, and we all are feeling direct effects caused by this pandemic.
For me, I have only one way to survive this, with a positive attitude, knowing we will get through this, willing to do whatever it takes from my end, and by taking a hard look in the mirror. Maybe I need to change, to be nicer to others and realize that we are ALL in this together. We ALL need to look at ourselves and throw out the things that divide us, pride and ego, and bury them.
The MyTruth mentality (or as I like to phase it...MeCentric where the world revolves around me), where, if I believe I'm right you have to respect me and believe MyTruth, has to stop. I may not like how hard or long it will be to get past our current situation, but we will.
Take that hard look at yourself and throw away the baggage each of us have to enlighten our world and make it a better place for ALL.
Remember, whenever it is possible, be kind; and know that it is always possible.
